The German School of Tokyo Yokohama (DSTY) was founded in 1904 and is fully recognized by the German and Japanese states for entry into tertiary education.
The campus consists of three distinct schools, pre-school, kindergarten, primary, and secondary school. The language of instruction is German, hence for admission it is a requirement for students to have German skills on a native level.
